My Electrohypersensitivity and Rheumatoid Arthritis are Calm with Earthcalm . . . After Initial Detox!

Electrohypersensitivity and Earthing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have made an amazing discovery within the past month and one thing has lead to another.   One of my fellow posters on the Roadback.org forum wrote about Earthing and its ability to heal by simply connecting with the Earth’s energy.  It’s free, too.  All one needs to do is walk barefoot or with conductive shoes (leather only) since most soles with synthetic materials stop the healing negative electrons from the Earth’s surface from reaching us.

Think of how great you felt or slept after walking barefoot on a sandy beach or in shallow lake or ocean water.  Well, those electrons enter our bodies and seek out any positive electrons and sort of negate their oxidative properties.  In other words, any inflammation is zapped and healing begins.  Check out Earthing.com for more information.  I’ve since purchased the products that allow you to Earth/ Ground anywhere.  Like most, I don’t have the luxury of sitting in a park or on a beach (though I live across the street from one!)  So I earth on sheets while sleeping, with bands on my wrists and ankles when working or watching TV, and with a universal mat beneath my laptop.

I measured the EMF in my boutique and saw that it was off the charts.  I used a Trifield meter which I purchased on Amazon for around $140.  It showed that the fluorescent bulbs were the major culprits.  I haven’t switched them out yet so today, when I was swamped with customers and couldn’t attach myself to my earthing bands via wires, I was exhausted and feeling joint & muscle aches and pain everywhere.  Also my appetite was back to zero.  As soon as I got home and began earthing I could feel my body relax and the pain ebb away.  And I now sleep like a baby because I lay on an Earthing sheet & pillow case.

After using my Trifield meter around the house & my boutique, the MAJOR bad guys were the Digital TV, Smart meter, digital clocks, and microwave when on.  So I’ve got some mitigation work ahead of me to rid my home & workplace of these EMF monsters.

I still use my Nyloxin spray ES 5 sprays every three hours, Magnesium Taurate 125 mg every 5 – 6 hrs and drink tons of water or juice.  I now am back to eating what I want with little consequence — just cannot drink beer or margheritas 😦  Am using the Nyloxin gel, but not as often as before earthing extensively.  Max-freeze gel is working wonders when I can’t Earth in time, too!

Shungite Water Is My Constant Companion

I’d read lots about how drinking Shungite water is quite the antioxidant elixir and was intrigued that it had a way of seeking out inflammation in the body and healing it.  So when I tried a sprinkle of it on my aching joints, I was pleasantly surprised to feel immediate relief from the stabbing pains that I now knew to be from WIFI or other electromagnetic radiation sources.

I’ve found this to be the cheapest way to rid myself of the stabbing pain and stiffness effects of EMFs.  I keep a lemon squeeze bottle filled with filtered water and several Elite Shungite stones.  According to the Dancing with Water link, it takes several hours for the Shungite’s fullerenes to fill the water and begin giving off its healing effects, but it only describes it as something to drink.  I took this a step further, not seeing the harm in dousing myself and voila, I found major relief. This relief lasts until the next WIFI wave hits me 🙂 :(.

All of my joints are affected regularly by EMFs since it is practically impossible to get away from WIFI or Smart meters or other forms of electricity and radiation.  So I keep my Shungite Water handy always!

It seems that the only thing needed is to set the stones in sunlight every couple of months to recharge them, but that they will work forever.  So once you buy one batch, that’s it.  I use water filtered in my Brita pitcher and, of course, several elite shungite stones sit there, too.  You can also use regular Shungite, which is the more plentiful and duller form, but it takes at least an overnight soak before it becomes effective.

I camouflage my lemon bottle with a cotton mobile phone bag.  When someone complains about similar aches, I offer to douse them.  I’m finding more people are finding immediate relief with the one douse which makes me think they too are affected by EMF/s/ WIFI.

Back pain and EHS remedied by Shieldite!

I recently had corrective foot surgery and was/ am laid up on the couch.  The pain was not so much with my foot, but in my back when, out of nowhere, I was experiencing the pain of giving birth again all concentrated in my right flank.  I could not get in a comfortable position, even after doubling up on both the narcotic, Oxycodone; and Ibuprofen.  Ice, topical Nyloxin, heating pad and a back brace did nothing to help.  Actually, the heating pad worsened it, if that was possible.

What is Shieldite?

My Left Foot Before & After EMF Mitigation!

I was seen by an orthopedic surgeon in the fall of 2013.  Dr. Z let me know that my bunyon surgery would be more involved than most because my bones in both my feet were very loose & unstable.  He could practically bend my foot in half lengthwise. This was before I had discovered that I was EHS or Electrohypersensitive.

Today, during my preop visit, and after about four months of mitigating EMFs wherever possible and Earthing whenever possible, he was surprised to see that my left foot was much more uniform and solid.  He now felt almost certain that my surgery would be minor and healing time much quicker than originally thought. 

Now I just need to get my right foot to do the same!

These are far from glamorous, but they keep either EMFs &/ or radiation ( I can’t be sure what is in the vicinity) from reaching my joints.  I also use the grounding cords I purchased from Earthing.com. when I’m sitting in front of the digital TV.

Why we switched from Cordless back to CORDED Phones! Electrohypersensitivity or EMF Mitigation!!!!!

I always wondered why I could not unbend my elbow without effort after holding the Cordless phone. Now I know why!

After inadvertently placing the cordless phone & base in our bedroom the other night (I tried to move it from where my husband was sitting in the living room — it had been next to his head!),  I awoke the next am feeling like I had full blown RA/ Rheumatoid Arthritis again.  Where I had stopped limping and was feeling more normal for longer pockets of time each day that I Earthed/ grounded & removed more sources of EMFs (Electro Magnetic Fields), I was back to feeling horrible again!

The next day I replaced the phones w/ corded sets.  So we’re back to pre 1986 with 25 foot stretch cords from headset to base.  The next morning, I was making a good recovery and actually ran down the stairs shortly after waking up!  So this is yet another incident that confirms that I have been Electrohypersensitive all along and that that is what caused my RA.

My appetite is returning and my nodules and soft bumps are completely gone from my ankles and feet.  And the jelly bean-sized lymph nodes in my groin are down to Tic Tac size.

Just remember that having a cordless phone base in your apt or home is like having a Cell phone tower mast in your midst.  THAT is CRAZY!!!!
